Can I switch my subscription type?

Absolutely! You can switch your subscription type at anytime by signing into your account page at Postflybox.com. All subscription box type changes will take effect after your next renewal. For example: If you have a month to month plan your account renews every month on the anniversary of your order. Change your box type before this date and the your next fly box will reflect that change. If you have a 3,6 or 12 month plan the change will take effect the next time your subscription renews after your first 3,6 or 12 months worth of fly boxes. If you find you need a different type of fly before your extended plan is up for renewal you can always add an additional subscription to your account and you get exactly what you need to be successful out on the water! How and when can I cancel?

You can cancel anytime after your first box is shipped out.

Can I skip a renewal or pause my account?

Absolutely. Winter got you frozen out? You can pause your account and it'll automatically start up again whenever you choose.

When do you charge me each month?

On September 10, 2020 we updated our billing system. New subscription orders places after 9/10/20 are now billed on the 15th of each month, and shipped around the 20th. For orders prior to 9/10/20 your credit card (or Paypal account) will be charged on the day of the month you placed your order. 3, 6 and 12 month plans renew on the appropriate anniversary date.

If I change my subscription type, will I get charged again?

No, your subscription will continue and you will be charged on your regular billing plan. All subscription changes must be made by the 15th of the month.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world.

Is your website secure?

Yes, we maintain the highest level of security and store no credit card information on our servers. We use Stripe to handle all credit card processing. 

I'm having trouble placing an order on my phone?

It is hard to keep up with all the new (and old) technology out there. Occasionally, someone’s combination of operating system, hardware, and browser may cause our site not to display properly on your phone. If you’re having trouble, we recommend ordering from your desktop or giving us a call – 888-310-3357 – and we’ll get you signed up!

It’s been several weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my box. What gives?

New subscription box orders are shipped within about 5 business days of your order date, and you will receive USPS tracking number automatically upon shipping. All subsequent subscription renewal boxes are batch shipped around the 20th of each month. All domestic USA orders are shipped USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail depending upon weight. International orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce, and can take 2-3 weeks to deliver depending on destination.
