Kaitlin Boyer

Kaitlin is a Colorado native and fly fishing guide in southern Colorado. Well versed in writing and photography, Kaitlin feels fortunate to be able to coalesce her other interests with her passion for fly fishing.

Thanks to her dad, Rick, and partner, Andy, Kaitlin learned fly fishing basics starting in 2010. After fully immersing her life in the sport, she has chosen to make it a lifestyle, not a hobby. Kaitlin completed a college accredited guiding certification from Colorado Mountain College in Leadville, Colorado and started her guiding career immediately after she finished the program.

Though she loves guiding all different ages, genders, and races, Kaitlin specifically enjoys teaching other women and exposing them to fly fishing in a unique way. When she isn’t guiding, you can find her scouting and fly fishing with her dogs on the South Platte River. Kaitlin lives a quiet life in the Rocky Mountains with her partner Andy, their dogs, and three kids.
